Runaway ’67 ( Fugitiva ’67, Escapada ’67 ) – Del Shannon

La canción que sin duda alguna identifica a Del Shanno es "Runaway", esta canción la lanzó en 1961, fue un éxito rotundo, jamás el pudo separarse de esa canción, siempre la tuvo que cantar en sus presentaciones en vivo. Esta canción ha sido versionada en muchos idiomas y por muchos artistas.

En 1967 volvió a grabar "Runaway" pero en una forma más lenta, fue grabada en Inglaterra. Durante muchos años, solamente estuvo circulando el disco 45 R.P.M.  40 años despues, el album fue lanzado.  En Guatemala identificabamos esa canción de esa manera, "Escapada, versión lenta", me gusta mucho como la canta, otra versión que también me gusta es la que cantó para la serie "La Historia del Crimen".
